    Very low premiums even for low deductible plan. Will cover significant other even if not married.

    AIR has great benefits through Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, etc. They offer multiple options based on need and cost. There are HSA and FSA options, they offer Metro Cards for those who want to use Metro to get to work. They offer discounts from many retails and phone service discounts. HR department is well informed and experienced.

    there are multiple plan options based on your family situation, and how much you would like to save. you can also choose from different providers including Aetna and Kaiser.

    I use the PPO, so I can see anyone. It is a little expensive, but the company (Aetna) is easy to work with.
