The best thing about the benefits package is AIR's contribution to your retirement and health insurance.

This was not applicable to me as a summer intern. I think they provide tuition assistance if you are working on a degree or certification while working for the company. They did offer discounts with certain partners. Gym onsite

Best benefits package I have seen in the DMV area. Other companies do not compare to be honest. FMLA is typical as well as short and long term disability but this company offers a plethora of resources for its employees.

Health benefits package is decent. More 401k options would be beneficial. Approximately 20 day vacation time as a start is nice.

Excellent benefits: generous leave, good health benefits, great retirement benefits, flexible work policy, great offices, free coffee and bagels. Just top notch.

Great benefits! They provide all the usual suspects (Medical, Flexible spending accounts, Delta Dental, Basic Life, Basic AD&D, Long Term Disability and Long Term Care. One can opt in for Legal and supplemental coverages. The retirement match is good and more importantly for those who are young or not thinking about it, they are automatically enrolled in a small % from the get go -- can opt out which is a best practice that benefits employees! Perhaps the least robust is the Basic Vision plan, but who even offers it! Not too many choices for health care but Kaiser and Aetna are OK. I wonder why they don't offer BCBS.

Pros: Employer contribution to 401k, health insurance. Cons: not enough PTO--sick, PTO is combined together

Very good health, dental coverage; generous time off; paid maternity leave
