It's amazing to feel like you can take a day to attend a zoo trip with your pre schooler and not feel like you will be so behind. It's an amazing feeling that your company supports you ensuring that you can take any and all time you need. From vact ion to dr. Apt. To last minute children illness. I have never felt not support or like I let them down by needing a sick day. They support you.

If I wanted time off, I usually got it, even on short notice. They were very pushy about making sure you used it up.
