Great insurance, 401k and PTO.
The company has a matching program for the 401k, but the Health Insurance options are awful.
The fact that I didn't have to fill out this insane amount of information like I've had to do on this website. It's just making me mad at this point. But, seriously, I was working through a staffing agency so I had no benefits
No benefit package for PT employees
Offer health insurance, accrue payed time off based on number of hours worked, and sick days based on number of hours worked. Can't speak to benefits mostly because I was part time and had external health insurance.
Healthcare was expensive for single and family.
Not very good health insurance. Not very many benefits
You have an option to choose the employer health insurance, but I would strongly recommend going out and buying your own on the economy. Starting out PTO is about 12-14 days a year depending on how much OT you clock in.
You cannot use all the sick time you can accrue.
The worst thing about the benefits is that they were a joke. High stress field and high suicide rates make it ridiculous that a company that employs first responders does not offer a healthcare plan that includes any sort of mental health coverage. Not to mention the fact that we interact with very sick patients every day but can't afford to go to urgent care without paying for the whole thing out of pocket due to high deductibles.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
