No room for overtime. And no upto
Good benefits. Commute from Hell since the company is in Galveston.
Insurance isn't great. 401k was good until they removed the 2% annual contribution.
No annual bonus, crappy health insurance (self-insured), very low or no pay increase this past year. Also, to replace the annual bonus that they got rid of, they had instead matched up to 6% of your pay in their 401(k). This past year they reduced it to only 4% claiming hard times, & may yet reduce it further.
Great benefits and referral program
We have no health dental or vision insurance.
You are a 1099 contract employee, you have the flexibility of creating your own schedule. There is training and development support but that is about it.
Best thing about the insurance was that I was able to use my insurance once I completed my probation period.
You are a 1099 employee, you are responsible for your own benefits and time schedule. This is the best and the worst about the company. They have a very aggressive attitude and have many many things in place to help you succeed. However the lack of name recognition and very tight underwriting create unseen roadblocks.
time off wasnt bad. Aside from that no pension, average 401k
