Good 401k plan. Fifteen days of PTO plus paid Christmas week off, twelve sick days. Health insurance could be better.
Pretty good for an American company. Thankful there is a Union that fights for great benefits. Federal holidays are PTO (except Columbus Day & Veterans Day --they give you your birthday and the day after Thanksgiving PTO instead). PTO also 25 December through 1 January so one week paid leave! Three weeks vacation to start, increases to 4 weeks after 6 years of service. Three personal days & 12 sick days a year. Workweek is 36.25. Medical insurance is Aetna, premium is about $175 a month (employee only).

There is no cons to the benefits....that is the only reason I stayed. Probaly the best benefits package I have ever had. On top of that you get a 3% salary increase per year that isn't tied to merit.
New short term disability added to the benefits package. 3% contribution in addition to the 4% match to 401(k) contributions. Health Benefits are good. Dental benefits are average. Week off between Christmas and New Year plus vacation days.

The best thing about the benefits package at ANA is the paid time off between Christmas and New Years. This is a nice gift to employees. The company also pays quite well. The worst thing is the parking cost. There is a long waiting list to park inside the building and the alternative is parking in the public garage - which works out to about $2,000 a year.
Excellent health insurance: copays at doctors office, hospital and outpatient procedures are much lower than average. Full 4% match to 401K plan. Closed between Christmas and New years for holiday break (paid)
