What many people don't understand is that this company expects a certain type of professionalism on their sales floor and that training and apprenticeship is much like a trial period that you are paid $13.50 an hour regardless if you make them any sales for a guaranteed 40 hours a week. You wont find that at any other sales call center, and most will hand you a script without training you at all. (Other call center mentality - "If you can read a script you can make a sale" ) Apprenticeship gives you a paid free opportunity to explore and see if you are qualified for phone sales, it gives you the time to test the waters and handle constant rejection the goal is to make it to the top performer status taking home over 2-5k a week.
