“The bonuses are always great. You can make a lot of money on bonuses alone. You get what you put into it.”
The best thing is you have both individual incentives and team incentives so that you can do well on your own or benefit as a team.
Very competitive vision and excellent dental care. Health insurance is okay and emergency room care and accidental is also offered.
They have health insurance, although it's extremely high. They don't allow time off for the first 90 days. They curse, curse, curse. NO 401k PLAN! Looking to retire? They don't have it. No pension plan. High costs for familiess.
The Insurance benefits are fantastic. After a year you are eligible for vacation days and the days double after the second year. Also the company will usually promote from within.
I'm newer so I have not tried to use any of the benefits yet. After my first 90 days, I will recieve 5 sick days and health insurance. After 1 year I will recieve 5 days of vacation. After 2 years I will recieve 10 days of vacation.
They do not cover much with a very high deductible.
No benefits to start after 90 days you get health insurance and that is it
You get residuals once a month. And one hourly paid vacation week and one sick week after being there 1 year. Coffee club daily. No other benefits.
