There is a year wait before you can qualify for Vacation time but you qualify for paid sick days and holidays after 90 days

Unfortunately, vacation starts after 1 full year. It does double up the second year!

There are no weird rules about taking your time off whether it is vacation days or sick days. Holidays are paid which is a plus because I have worked for other companies in the past where they did not pay you for the holidays. As far as vacation time goes, I can take them 1 day at a time, or all of them at the same time. The company is very flexible like that. Same goes with sick days, if you come in sick, they will send you home! They are not like other companies that force you to come in although you are running a fever.

Like most companies they offer paid vacation and sick days after you have been with the company for a year in your current position and you have the opportunity to increase your vacation time every year that you are with them.
