401K Health insurance and vacation
No company perks, 401k is great, plenty of room for advancement/quickly.
The overtime is great and you can get a lot of it, especially in winter. The base hourly pay is more than what the state run company pays. The benefits arent as much as you would expect from a healthcare based company but it is decent and decently priced. Their match on 401K is great!
This was a cool place
4% matching for 401k, standard offerings for everything else (healthcare, vision, dental, etc.) These all appear to be competitive with other companies.
Best thing about the benefits is the PTO was a decent amount and you received short-term disability for maternity leave.
Retirement Savings accounts are on part with any private sector offer. For nonprofit it's very competetive.
Average benefits package overall. Salaried employees get a week more paid time off than hourly. Health bennies are a little below average for amount you pay every month.
The dental doesn't kick in for one year after hire. So hopefully you don't have to get your teeth cleaned!
High deductibles Insurance with limited coverage, okay retirement plan, PTO less than market avaerage due to nature of work and companies financial struggles
