Best thing is the PTO, there is no sick time so you get more than average PTO to compensate
They tried to implement a sales bonus program for fundraising, which is completely unethical.

As with most insurances anymore I believe they cover too little for too much money, but I don't have much to compare it to so I honestly couldn't tell you if it's good or bad. I mean... it's there which is a plus.
Its good, no issues with 401k
PTO for part-time employees was nice, but that is about it. Health insurance was so expensive it wasn't even worth getting.
