Not value. You pay sooo much out of pocket.
Like any insurance you can either afford insurance or you can afford to go to doctor not both
I do not think their benefits are bad or worst.
Typical benefits, better than most offered by competitors.
Insurance is terrible - not cost effective for a company of it's size
High deductible. No way to offset costs by employer contributions to HSA
Their insurance is very expensive, a single plan is Ok but for a spouse or children to be added its outrageous
Not bad for a single person, but cost very high for families. Rates same regardless of income level.
Self managed/paid and administerd through UMR they are crooked and will do anything they can not to pay what they tell you in the handbook is covered.
