Company benefit includes 401 K, health insuranc, flexible spending a/c, paid time off, sick leave etc. I best likes their individualized health insurance.
Health Insurance is the worst
Low deductibles and minimum copays, excellent prescription medication coverage.
American Senior Communities allows you to keep your health insurance even after switching from a full-time employee to PRN status.
The 401K Match was definitely a positive benefit.
Nothing so far. It s a great package with a lot of good benefits
The insurance is too expensive
Health INS is not comparable to the size of the company. It's not even 80/20 coverage.
The health insurance had a huge deductible and was astronomically expensive. Would have cost me $600 per month to insure myself and my children. Dental and vision were affordable. No 401K match
Nothing was the best. It was way too expensive.
