Benefits package was industry-standard, offering reasonable health insurance (small life insurance policy included w/optional upgrades to coverage), paid vacation, merchandise discount at company stores and some affiliates. 401k had no company match at time of my departure.

Overall the benefits are good, the big issue is that they do not match the 401k. It takes a long time to earn extra vacation time after the 2 weeks accomplishment.
