Health benefits are amazing.. many options to choose from and wellness reimbursement is a sweet deal.
Good package overall,Paternity leave,Birthday Leave
Health insurance is expensive but on par with most mid-size companies, they do contribute $125/quarter to your HSA if you do high deductible. PTO is 15 days/year to start with 3 floating holidays. No separate sick. 401k is first 5% matched but only vests at 25% per year (so you need to stay 4 years to get full matching). They've got a lot of additional perks which are great to see - summer hours, $500/year to use towards fitness gear or memberships, maternity/paternity leave, life insurance, stock purchasing, etc. Overall very pleased with the benefits package but there are areas for improvement.
It is absurdly expensive and almost all providers are out of network.
Good Health and Dental plan. Vision is optional. The ESP program is great since the stock price is always rising.
I'm quite pleased with the level and breadth of benefits that American Tower provides. I've also experienced a high degree of ease of access to them since starting here.
American Tower has a benefits package only enjoyed by those who have a sufficient income ($75,000 - $80,000) can afford. HR is always putting out emails about how they've increased benefits, and how magazines like Forbes rated us as #163 of mid-sized companies surveyed, as a propaganda push to bolster the company. After being hired, all emphasis is on "how great" the benefits are, when you can't really afford to buy into them. This company has no sense of what it takes to survive in the real world, and instead of listening to employee's needs, dangles carrots of amazon gift cards to those willing to do "steps" for ridiculous wellness programs.
Healthcare, vacation allowance, bonus, 401k
Employees get additional bonuses for the well done Projects!.
Great health, stock and wellness benefits
