Vacation and retirement plan matching are plusses, removal of healthcare benefit post retirement is sad
Below average benefits that's all. Bad insurance
Retirement and vacation are good. Healthcare is average. They took away sick hours a year or so ago. The Christmas party is now held in January to save money. Free parking and coffee!
The only thing that has not been reduced in terms of benefits is how much time I can pretend I'm working. Aside from that health, 401k, dental, vision, even vacation has all been reduced.
good company to work with
Upper management decided to change insurance providers without consulting employees in order to avoid raising benefit cost per paycheck. Did not provide information regarding new plans cost...
Decent insurance, its a non-profit so you get a 403b. pay is not great but the insurance coverage is good
what benefit? look very hard
Very Few options, minimal benefits (health, dental and eye insurance, $15 gym voucher), maternity leave (6 weeks, after 1 year of employment), company social events once a year, morale is terrible, especially from the people that claim to not mind their job and have been employed there for years. Very high turn over
I can not speak of the actually benefits that are provided by the company because I am an intern and do not receive any sorts of benefits, but I hear they are good
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
