The benefits & perks are outstanding. 401K match, full health insurance, PTO - as well as a great work schedule, fun annual company events, on-site canteen, etc
The only complaint is that you need to pay for prescriptions in full and then submit for reimbursement.
PTO - Average. Pro-rated at time of hire. Typically 2 weeks when hired. 3 sick days Health Insurance - relatively high monthly premiums with high OOP, Dental/Vision - this was a discount as opposed to outright insurance coverage Maternity/Paternity leave 401(k) - company match to 6% of annual salary. Something is better than nothing.
Limited time off and low 401K match. Insurance premiums are fairly high.

Cafeteria and occasional pizza lunch and learn, weight loss competition. company social during summer and Christmas time.

The HSA was a good addition and helped cover the plan deductible. Vacation time was challenging to schedule because we were very busy.
