The perks are great, benefits are great and 401 is awesome.
While I don't recall specifics, I can say that you get a very low number of paid holidays. The health benefits have a very large deductible and at the time, even your rx's were included in the deductible. Premiums are not paid in full by the comany, but are low.. They have a 401k, the employer match is very low. On the flip side, they did give some cash, on the spot, bonuses, which was super. But they are now they are Anthem & no longer have that practice. They provide free orca cards, and a work-out room, both of which were nice.
The medical insurance is expensive
Very good vacation package 19 days for 0-5 years employment and 24 days for 6-10 years service. LTD and STD are offered. Health Insurance is very expensive and not competitive.
Great benefit package and opportunities for advancement.
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, 19 days paid time off
Good benefit package for employees
Paid time off is accrued. I would prefer a set number of days be available as of the January 1. They do encourage health improvement and provide reimbursement on gym membership. Basic health screening and flu shots are offered yearly.
The company doesn't pay into the premiums for insurance . So every time you go to the doctor if you haven't met your deductible expect a bill.
Health/Dental Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, Vacations and Sick Leave
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
