The health insurance was great and had a good employee rate. The 401K was good.

Don't count on any annual incentive pay! They tell you your eligible on hire but its only contingent on your division. If you're a new group you will never see it. Insurance is no better than any other place and its business is.... Insurance!!

While I don't recall specifics, I can say that you get a very low number of paid holidays. The health benefits have a very large deductible and at the time, even your rx's were included in the deductible. Premiums are not paid in full by the comany, but are low.. They have a 401k, the employer match is very low. On the flip side, they did give some cash, on the spot, bonuses, which was super. But they are now they are Anthem & no longer have that practice. They provide free orca cards, and a work-out room, both of which were nice.

    The medical insurance is expensive

Very good vacation package 19 days for 0-5 years employment and 24 days for 6-10 years service. LTD and STD are offered. Health Insurance is very expensive and not competitive.
