    Best thing is that managers are very comfortable giving you the time off

    Have to use it within the year which can be a good or bad thing. Forces you to take time off basically. They give you 9 extra PTO for holidays.

    Best: Coming in with 28 days of vacation! Worst: this is pro-rated for when you start, and if you start after 9/1 I think you get nothing that year. It also includes bank holidays, like Columbus day. You have to reserve a day...for Columbus day.
