I worked as a contractor and had only the opportunity to meet and friend regular full time employees who spoke highly of the benefits from the company. The benefits are said to be expensive but very good and recommended that buy in if offered a full time position.

Work from home is great! Insurance prices keep going up every year and the coverage is terrible.
The PTO are really good 3 weeks and each calendar year you get an additional day added. Benefits are really good. Medical is a little on the high side but the coverage is good.
