None really, benefits range from whatever you can afford, the company pays for the majority of the insurance which is nice. Its all simple to set up and everyone is nice enough to assist you
Most employees are capped at 30 hours per week specifically to not provide them most benefits. Part time do still receive prorated paid time off, however when you are a tipped employee, and the casino does not pay gratuity for paid time off, its a joke to call it "paid" and is almost as if no benefit actually exists.
First place I've worked to give good benefits. If bartending is a long term gig for you get a start early. You get the best package for the food/beverage industry. I stocked up on my PTO in fear of getting sick or missing work because it is a combo deal.
Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and more!
I'm in a tipped position, so finding w work/life balance doesn't really work well. However, the corporate minimum wage was recently increased to $10 something for everyone except tipped, so if you're not tipped it works out really well. They offer a ton of insurance options, including pet, dental, health and vision. 401k options, I think there's like 3 options?
Ability to earn paid time off
horrible company not enough pay team member food is disgusting
It all changed after the buyout
good discount and awesome PTO benifits
The cost of the benefits for a family was affordable. 401k match was also a nice perk.
