The cost of the benefits for a family was affordable. 401k match was also a nice perk.

They match 50% of what you put in for your 401k and their vision and dental is very cheap

Bottom half to middle of the road insurance after 90 days. Team dining room meals for $2.50. Very strict call off policy even though hours are PTO, not sick/vacation. Black out dates for all holidays, you simply cannot take them off. Discounted bus passes to and from work available.

Don't accrue much PTO, Insurance is pricey and don't get much out of it. Don't get extra pay when working holidays but get double points for calling off on a holiday

Insurance is ok. Not the best. 401k is also pretty good. The company does match contributions. Vacation time is available.

They were always doing a point system when an employee would miss any type of day. That was the worse thing they had on the vessel.

Only full-time are eligible for expensive benefits.
