Ameritech offers a very generous health, dental, tuition reimbursement, and vacation policies. It's not common for a small to mid-sized business to be so generous.

New management has slowly decreased all employee benefits. Some have even taken a cut in salary. All while student numbers go up and up. “Work harder for less” is the new motto.

401K is great and the time off is very fair and has been upgraded recently. The health insurance cost has gone up but the insurance seems very good and comparable to other companies.

OK Medical Insurance rates. Several plans to choose from. 401k match is only 4%. Life insurance, Disability and FSA. Pretty standard offerings. Tuition reimbursement is supposed to be added?
