Amazing 401k, fully matched up to 10% of salary! 3 weeks to start plus 2 shut down weeks and 10 sick days. Great cafeteria, gym, daycare, support for new parents. Next gen spaces have great snacks and coffee. They also offer reduced health premiums if you get a vitality health app to track goals. They offer free mental health counseling sessions. Worst thing is there are so many contractors who have zero benefits so it’s weird sometimes

401k plan is excellent Generous time off including 2 holiday shutdowns and 2 weeks personal/sick time/ Year Bonuses and stock used to be generous but are normalizing to 20% salary for Directors and 30% for Executive Directors. Salaries seem to be lower compared to similar positions at other Pharma biotech companies

The amount of vacation time was unbeatable along with the 401K core contribution benefit. Medical insurance cost was kind of high though along with required deductibles.
