Standard benefits like insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave.
I have heard that some companies have unlimited vacation policy. That would be a nice to have benefit.

Ampcus offers average contracting benefits for people who are salaried. For those who are not - paid on an "hourly rate", you get medical, dental, vision, and thats is. There's no life, AD&D, no other perks. I think the worst for me is no PTO and no Holidays - so if your hourly - which typically with time off benefits - would normally yield 2080hrs in a calendar year, you're automatically dropped to 1920 per year. Then they tell you that you can convert to salary, but it ends up being for significantly less pay...to the point where it is mathematically more plausible to suffer where you are at. They also have very weird paydays and I had to work a full month before I saw my first paycheck. Bottom line is if you big on great benefits - this is NOT the company to work for.
Best thing is the health benefit, holidays and vacation pay for FTE
Good benefits for contractors. Very high pay and I am totally satisfied.
Benefits are good and the pay is also very high and inspite of the pay we get health, dental 401k etc
Limited benefits offered to contractors.
