Wonderful perks, incentives and benefit packages.
For 2018 they were providing short term disability at no employee cost, an improvement from 2017. Only 2 options for health plans: "single" and "married." Medical benefits mediocre-to-standard. Vision benefits decent. Dental decent. Hourly employees accrue time off 4-hours per pay period. If time off is needed before that amount has been accrued there is a potential option to go into arrears with PTO, but if one goes into arrears they may not take more time off until they accrue a balance that takes them out of arrears. I find this policy to be unrealistic and not entirely fair, where other companies offer an up-front balance of PTO to be used at the employee's discretion.
Standard benefits and PTO. PTO is earned on a bi-weekly basis and borrowing is at the whim of your manager, so you may or may not be able to do so. One new thing is the ability to "dress for your day." This means that each employee can dress up for client meetings or down for a day of knocking out paperwork.

Specifically, Amplifon's health insurance is very good. They are self-insured, and feature relatively low premiums and co-pays. They are attempting to reduce the annual premium increases with a wellness program.
