    It keeps on changing year to year. But overall benefits are pretty good. United Health Care had more generous prenatal benefits than our current insurer, Aetna.

    The program is fairly comprehensive, but comes with high deductible and contributions.

    Triple coverage -- medical, dental, and vision is great. There's a choice between POS and CDHP for medical, and PPO and DMO for dental. Healthier folk pick the cheaper CDHP & DMO options, while those needing care should go for POS and/or PPO.
