Benefits are about average. Pretty high on out of pocket.
Fair package for the most part
excellent maternity and paternity leave benefits, you did not have to use all of your PTO for time off. very flexible work schedule with several options to work from home
If you're a remote employee, there aren't as many perks available as if you work in the home office, in Brooklyn, NY.
Flexible time off; take the time you need as long as you manage your responsibilities and coordinate with team members. Equity incentive plan.
Amolify great health benifits; for the limited options that were available. It's been better in past years we're most medical coverage was clovered up to 100% paid in full / besides the co-pays.
Unlimited PTO, flexible hours, some remote work (depending on arrangement with supervisor), free snacks/coffee, cold brew in the summer
The benefit package offered were nothing but average. They didn't make any attempt to offer exceptional benefits in any area and seem OK with being in the middle.
Comprehensive healthcare at multiple tiers, paid maternity/paternity leave, matching 401K, unlimited PTO
Very disappointing employer match on 401k, "unlimited" paid time off creates more problems than it solves, and no commuter benefits - to say the least
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
