Unlimited PTO allows me to have the flexibility I need with a young child.
Amplify currently has unlimited PTO with approval from your manager. (As long as your work/projects are close to completion or completed.
Was allowed to bank days over years.
20 days PTO, but sick days weren't separate.
Could only roll over 5 days each year
Vacation and PTO are fair for each employee.
I really couldn't ask for more.
