401k matching up to 3% is a pro but expensive health insurance premiums is a con
Benefits are ok, they are no better or worse than any other place I've worked at.
Company matched dollar for dollar for 1st 3% and 50% for the next 2%. Good health insurance, including IVF coverage. Start at 10 days paid vacation and 5 sick days.
Did not sign up for insurance but have signed on for the 401k. I heard the insurance is not worth the price paid and fortunately, I am a healthy adult so I am rolling the dice!
All of benefits package here is expensive. If you are not making a lot of money then the packages are too expensive for you.
Best is that its all accessible in one place.
The health insurance plan is expensive. You get two weeks of paid vacation time per year for the first five years of employment, then it increases. No paid holidays for lab and inspectors, only for office workers.
Company match on 401K is good. No tuition reimbursement or anything academically related. Vacation time is pretty good. Paid holidays is nice.
Company offers affordable life, health and disability insurance. You get a full paid vacation based on the day you currently entitled to. They offer 5 days of sick leave and match your 401k contribution.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
