    You only get one week per year served. After 10 years you can get only three weeks paid vacation and it must be approved

    Very stingy with vacation and personal time off and thyre giving less and less to new employees. Come on were human. 1 week in first year 2 weeks after that until 8 years u get 3 weeks. Way below standard .Can accumulate more time off by working overtime .

    Some get no sick days and very little vacation with a strick attendance policy. So employees must come to work sick, tired, and mentally exhausted to work safety sensitive jobs.
