Interns are offered full benefits, health, dental, vision etc. In addition to this their full time employees are offered excellent retirement plans.
The benefits at Amway are unmatched. The company seems to really care about it’s employees and it shows every step of the way.
Solid healthcare, amazing 401k contributions, nice perks like onsite fitness center and free vitamins. A little stingy with vacation time.
The benefits are average. The company has been decreasing the benefits for the last 8 years. Many longer term employees still think they are OK, but many of us who are more recent and know what other companies provide know that other local companies are better.
Profit sharing is generous and tuition reimbursement is the maximum allowed by law. 401k match is competitive but not outstanding

I was an intern so don't know too much about this. However, from what I've heard there is great health insurance as well as retirement plans.
