The benefits are average. The company has been decreasing the benefits for the last 8 years. Many longer term employees still think they are OK, but many of us who are more recent and know what other companies provide know that other local companies are better.
Profit sharing is generous and tuition reimbursement is the maximum allowed by law. 401k match is competitive but not outstanding
-Heath insurance has a fairly high weekly cost and a very high out of pocket deductible before insurance pays -401k has up to a 6% company match they also provide a profit share distribution to 401k one a year depending on company performance once a year - dental and optical is standard for the average large employer -provide an on site fitness center with full cardio and strength training equipment at very low cost to employees -2 weeks vacation upon start and earn up to 4 addition pto days per year and 1week of paid sick time per year
I was an intern so don't know too much about this. However, from what I've heard there is great health insurance as well as retirement plans.
3 weeks vacation to start at senior level and above. 13 holidays, profit sharing, 6% 401k match. Great company to work for.
