    Some jobs allow to work from home, some do not. Paternity leave exists. 2 weeks to start then a week additional for every 5 years you stay, capped at 5 weeks.

    they dont negotiate vacations they give you it and that is it so if you have more than 2 weeks at your current place dont expect to get that here 2 weeks and no negotiation at al

    The policy has recently changed at a detriment to the employee. This is the direction all Amway benefits are headed. You earn your vacation yearly, but if you leave the company or don't use the time, it's lost. Poof, gone.

    Shut down at Winter break plus two weeks vacation per year is decent. California has paid family medical leave due to state regulations. Four day work week is a life saver for living in Southern California. Sick leave policy is good for a company that claims to be about helping people be happy and healthy.
