Standard maternity leave is 8 weeks with full pay, and can be supplemented with Paid Time Off, Extended Sick Leave and Disability if necessary.
Additionally, Anadarko will provide up to four weeks of paid Parental Leave following the birth, adoption or placement for adoption of a U.S.-based employee’s child to enable the employee to care for and bond with a newborn or newly adopted child.

Anadarko will compensate salaried leadership in most salaried field positions above and beyond most competitors if you perform well. They provide a base bonus target of 17% for my position which is a Staff Field Analyst. This bonus program has regularly been funded at over 100% of target bonus (17% or $17,000 annually at my salary level). For the last several years, this pool was funded at over 150%. That equates to over $25,500 in bonus dollars on a salary of $100,000. That is not all, we also enjoy that chance at a TSR bonus that can be as high as another 175 % of target in addition to the above bonus amount if we are rated #1 amongst our peers in total shareholder return. We could be rated #1, #2, #3 or #4 and still get a percentage of our target bonus on top of our regular bonus. That could amount to a total annual bonus of $51,000 for a salary of $100,000 per year if TSR is rated at # 1.
