9/80 schedule, pension plan and bonus are great. The bonus is dependent on performance but lacks transparency on performance grading. Pension plan is fantastic. Salary reviews are average but expect up-to 4% increase every couple of years depending on company's performance more than your performance

Great benefits from bonus incentives to medical coverage. Onsite clinic gym, and made-to-order cafes. PTO starts out at 160 hrs a year (integrated sick time) minimum and goes up based on age and time with company, at 27 I have 200 hrs per year PTO.
