The Paid Time Off (PTO) program recognizes the value of previous work/life experience. The PTO program combines time off for vacation, personal and family illness, doctor/dentist visits, and other personal time into a single bank of hours. The amount of PTO an employee is awarded is based on their work schedule and their age as of Dec. 31 of the award year minus 22 (age 20 for offshore employees).
The Paid Time Off program is among the best in the industry. These benefits are designed for employees to achieve work-life balance.
Based on years of service and 120 hours can be rolled each year
Overall, benefits are good. Tons of vacation, but not allowed to take
No vacation or paid time off
Pretty generous for the amount f PTO given. I believe it amounted to 3 weeks or 4 for just being a 5 year person.
5 weeks PTO if you are over 27
based on age not years of service
Plenty of Paid Time Off- many people don't even use half of it.
Based on age not length of service. 18 years old starts at 4 weeks PTO.
Very generous amount of hours for paid leave each year, which a portion able to carry over.
Vacation time and personal time are groups together but still a lot. Time given is base on "Work years experience" - meaning if you are ~40 years old you get 220 hours of PTO. One of the better benefits in the industry.
