None if you are a contractor. Very cheap and want to outsource everything they can. Bonuses are not doing well.
Maternity leave is three paid weeks (only after a year of employment) and 8 weeks STD. It’s outdated for the industry. Worst part is benefits and CHRO seem to think it’s on par with competition.
