Equity Awards - stellar TIP - One of the best I've ever seen. 401K match - see TIP comment Phone and laptop provided Generous auto plan The only improvement could be on top of equity awards, offer stock purchase at discount to employees which is currently not done. Sabbatical came from LTC acquisition and those employees have a choice as to whether they want to retain that program or go with ADI vacation program.
Great Benefits : 410K and bonus!
401k: 8% company match. One of THE best! Corporate bonus: 10% target for entry to intermediate levels, 1.5x multiplier approx, so averaging 15% bonus the last 4 years. Performance bonus: depends on individual contribution. Spot award = 3% of base, Performance award = 5-6% of base. This bonus is not guaranteed, but exceptional performers typically average 5-8% annually (in addition to corporate bonus). RSU: light on stocks (esp compared to big tech). Typically $5-10k per year for intermediate level.
Decent 401k plan/contributions, and the overall health insurance is pretty comprehensive; you can also opt for a health savings account
Newly revised 401K match is very good. They also match up to $500 for almost any charity, as well as hours you volunteer, up to $500. Excellent work/life balance--at least in my department.
Pros: - Unparalleled 401k : 5% default regardless of employee contribution, additional 0.75 match up to 4% employee contribution - Quarterly bonuses usually 15%+, grows with seniority - 3 weeks PTO, increases with seniority - Health, dental and vision coverage - 12 weeks maternity, 2 weeks paternity/adoption
Best thing about the benefits is that Analog Devices strives to continually improve them.
Best: health insurance & sabbatical
Very nice health, 401k, and time off benefits. Plenty of room for growth and career development opportunities too.
Best thing is the 401K plan with awesome match. Worst thing is very less occupational life insurance. Also no commute facilities and no Employee Stock Purchase plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
