Health and Dental Care: Eligible employees have the choice of three preferred provider organization (PPO) medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, including a high-deductible health plan with a health savings account. Dental insurance coverage is provided by Delta Dental. Medical and dental coverage are heavily subsidized by AG, and premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Retirement Plan with Competitive Matching: AG offers a 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments. Eligible employees contribute via pre-tax or Roth after-tax dollars, and receive generous matching contributions from the firm.
Disability and Life Insurance: Life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and long-term disability coverage are provided by Lincoln Financial. Short-term disability coverage provides a generous income replacement for employees who are out of work due to illness or injury.
