Good but not great. Competing firms offer more perks.
The benefits package at the Analysis Group is great. I was compensated well and had no complaints about the benefits.
The best thing is that you can choose the health insurance plan that benefits you the most. the worst thing is that the paid maternal leave is only 12-weeks. For those work less than 1 year, it will be short (10 weeks).
Benefits are OK. 401K Match is strong at 5%, but there is a 3 year vesting period. The premiums on health insurance are extremely high - higher than any employer I've ever worked for. There is a pre-tax benefit for transportation, but they do not subsidize transportation costs in anyway like most employers. There is also no equity or profit sharing plan. Max vacation time is 4 weeks, but you start at 3 weeks, and taking vacation is frowned upon.
During my time it felt like the best benefits package and after being at different company since, I can attest that it is the best benefits package all around.
Benefits are comprehensive, but do come at a cost.
Everything is of best quality.
Great health insurance coverage and 401(k), but would do better if vacation time and sick time were a bit more flexible
The best thing is probably the 401(k) match
great benefit packages, flexible schedules.
