Flexible hours, paid time off. 401k but matching offered
Heath care was fine. 401k plan was fine too.
They provide health insurance for the whole family with a small employee contribution
Health/dental/vision are GREAT! 401K is a plus, and life insurance is available and a great option. Vacation time is accrued and encouraged to be used.

I am looking into doing the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Cert. Tell me if it’s worth it please! I don’t have my BS yet and I’m hoping it will help me progress. I’ve seen some pricey training programs and can anyone recommend a good program, preferably online.
I’ve been a RN for 15 years . I’ve worked med-surg, telemetry, hospice, detox, and most recently school nursing. I have accepted a Hemodialysis Nursing position at a outpatient dialysis facility. Does anyone have any experience or advice in dialysis nursing that you would like to share with me on learning about this specialty? I appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks so much!
Moderate benefits package and work lunch every day.
Free lunch was nice. Working environment was casual. I enjoyed the people I worked with and the office had a good atmosphere.
Though it is only in retrospect that I know this, their benefits were great, especially considering I was basically a glorified call center employee. They offered health insurance for anyone that (on average) worked 30 hours or more, I had a 401K, everyone had the option of transit funds being deducted from their pre-taxed paycheck, they catered lunch in for everyone every day, and there was a kitchen stocked with soda and breakfast foods. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure they offered paternity and maternity leave and when we had an employee breast feeding, they ensured she had a safe, private, and clean place to pump every day.
