Provided ROTH and pretax 401 (k). Good plan, but terrible management company (John Hancock).
A decent 401k plan. Of course, they have nothing to do with the benefits, the retirement company does. But, they do offer a low match, and then usually fire people once they are able to "keep" the contributions, so that way they don't have to pay.
Great matching inputs and easy to apply. This is the best benefit they offer.
