Excellent 401K plan with 4% company match and profit sharing contributions.
Health care premiums were a little high. Did not offer an HMO. Best part was Routine Time Off, however managers are slow to accept change from accrual policy.
Has the basics, but don't expect them to be HAPPY about you using FMLA or Bereavement, etc.
