    The health insurance premium is very reasonable. However, the copays are $20 for a doctor's visit and $75 for urgent care. I used to have the ability to visit with chiropractor and visit doctor more frequently. At least it is there for emergencies.

    In my opinion, Ancestry has one of the best health insurance plans around. Strong support for Health Savings Accounts.

    SelectHealth. Premiums went up due to ACA but they offer high deductible and HSA programs.

    The premium is average. But the deductibles are going up to 10k for a family plan. Ridiculous
