Great benefits, perks galore.
Flexible paid time off, great culture for working from home, okay health insurance with dental and vision, okay 401k match, lunch is only free on monday
The Company subsidized lunch in the cafeteria every day. It has good health insurance with low premiums and provide HSA money if you choose a high deductible plan. They have a flexible PTO policy that allows employees to take the time they need off. They have a 401k with a match. These are just a few of the many benefits.
Flexible vacation, Commuter Benefits, Standard medical dental & vision
Great benefits -- medical, dental, etc. Plus free Friday lunches, lots of employee development opportunities.
The health benefit package is reasonably priced. The copays go up every year, so each year you are able to go to the doctor less. For example, an urgent care copay visit is $75.00, so going to urgent care isn't even an option. They match your 401 K contribution by 3%, which is okay. They have generous PTO.
Health insurance is not as good as it used to be.
Decent but below the industry standard.
Great benefits overall including 401k and HSA match, commuter reimbursement and unlimited PTO. The only thing that is missing is that most employees do not get equity.
They provide good health insurance plans, covering the employee and dependants. Those with families can opt for plans with less deduction while those who don't use medical services frequently can opt for high deductible plans for less out of pocket cost. For the high deductible plan with HSA option, Ancestry even chips in some money into the HSA account, which is pretty cool. Paid Time Off is unlimited but like any other Bay area company, you can take off on vacation whennever (Not a spelling mistake, hope you got the point). Lot of companies do this so that they don't have to pay a dime for accrued vacation when you leave them.
