“I don't like "unlimited" PTO as a rule. It is better to earn your time and get paid for it if you leave with it unused. At this company it depends on your team if you're granted vacation whenever you need. I am lucky my team is generous and I never had time denied.”

pretty decent array of benefits. 401k Matching could be more competitive but it's ok. The dental plan doesn't have many dentists in-network in my city but out of network pays pretty decent.
Good benefits package. Options for health insurance with no monthly premium and employer provided FSA/HSA. 401(k) match was fairly standard; biggest complaint was a four year vest on the employer 401(k) match.
