    They have an unlimited PTO policy. As long as you talk to your manager I haven't heard of anyone having issues.

    Unlimited, but your manager will tell you if you are tracking to take "too much," so not really. This benefit is great for the company, as there is no accrued liability to pay anything to you for vacation earned if you leave.

    Exempt employees don't accrue vacation. They are allowed to take vacation time with supervisor permission. Non-Exempt employees accrue vacation time.
