The health insurance benefits are good. Having a matching 401k would be great and is hopefully possible in the future.
Low premiums, low deductible and great coverage.
No 401K match. Health coverage was a joke and expensive.
The company has an unbelievable healthcare plan. Low deductibles, supplemental dental and vision if you want to enroll.
Worst: You had to be an employee for 60 days before receiving any PTO (meaning holidays were unpaid) or benefits.
Company was very willing to work with paid time off. Don't match 401k, which was a major turn off. Having to wait six months for insurance benefits to start is ridiculous.
Good plans and well explained by HR.
The benefits are okay. The worst part is that it takes 6 months for benefits to start working. The medical benefits are from Blue Cross Blue Shield's smaller business partner, so they're not as good as larger companies. The time-off policy is you don't get a full 2 weeks off for vacation/personal/sick days a year - I think it's like 7 days total for the whole year as a full-time employee.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
