AHI has a 401K plus an ESOP program. For a young employee this is great opportunity to build good retirement package if employee can stay 20 plus years.
Fairly good benefits, PTO. 401k replaced with Patterson ESOP, with limited contribution
benefits changed like yearly , different companies different plans but HR / benefit girls were always ahead of game always trying to keep you informed and helped with the paperwork process. Girls in office took care of you if a problem with benefits came up.
Best thing - standard run of the mill benefits, no surprises Worst thing - nothing outstanding , just the minimum coverage
Health insurance is terrible and expensive, especially for such a large company. My husband works for a company with roughly 30 employees, yet we pay less in premiums and have a better overall health plan.
