The health plan changed and now the cost is $450 bi-weekly and you still have a $9000 family deductible... good luck with that.

United Healthcare. 2 options: Traditional PPO w/ lower deductible and higher premiums and Consumer PPO w/ higher deductible and lower premiums. . Insurance contribution per pay check is based based on pay scale.

No vision insurance and more overall out of pocket expense
The health plan was coprehensive and affordable, I only used t for a brief time but was very satisfied/ The prescription plan was also quite good but you did have to order 90 days at a time
