Ability to work remotely depending on your position or team. Free snacks.
Very good medical benefits. The overall benefits package is adequate for a consulting firm.
PTO changed that it's now based on job title. So you can work there for 30 years and never make a management position and will still have just 15 PTO days. Medical insurance is through Aetna and the amount you pay is based on your salary, so the more you make, the more you pay. 401k offered but they do not give any match until the following year, not along with your usual paycheck deduction.
Their constant change it policies means you loose out on benefits your coworkers have or you have some employees " grandfathered" in polices so each department varies making "benefits" selectionary. <----
Pretty standard benefits across the industry.
Moved to my wifes plan, health insurance cost is now tied to salary so if you make more you pay more. Weirdest thing iv ever seen.
Good benefits, 401k match, competitive time off and sick days
Two health insurance options, a very affordable bare bones option and a reasonably priced high end option. Low priced dental and vision insurance. 15 days PTO for most employees. WFH flexible.
There used to be more company perks, like a weekly Friday breakfast for all employees, but that's gone now, replaced by "healthy" snacks. Health insurance is wonderful.
PTO is great, 401K is discretionary but takes 6 years to fully vest
