The employee discount is honestly great. Ann Taylor make it so you can dress the brand. Worst thing is you have to be full time to qualify for majority of their benefits.
Employees are offered benefits, however, the amount that is removed from your paycheck is extremely high especially for part-time employees.
Best part of benefits is the choice pay. You get a certain amount of vacation and sick pay based on amount of time with company.
It was a part-time position (20 hours of less per week), so theit were no health benefits, which is common. There was a good emploee discount though.

This employer does not provide any health or financial planning benefits for 95% of it's employees and for those they do provide benefits for the packages are dismal at best. They do have a decent discount but they also require you to be be branded so all of your paycheck goes into representing their brand.
