I can't complain about the benefits. I'm only part time and I get all benefits.
Recently increased PTO for next calendar year.
401k, medical, dental - even available for part time employees.
Not the best medical insurance but overall decent benefits
We were able to get discounts on many different things that we all used pretty often. I always took the hotel discount.
Various insurance plans to chose from; other than individual plans, it is expensive. PTO is lean: holidays are deducted from your PTO bank and there are only 7 holidays that are recognized. A new employee barely gets a week off for the year after deducting for holidays. 40 hour work week. Benefits are average to fair.
Best: PTO was very generous, but difficult to use. Worst: Health Insurance. The employee rates were reasonable; however, the deductibles are high
I was contracted and received no benefits.
Poor benefits, high deductibles, one of the lowest amounts of PTO provided in the Chicagoland area.
Deductibles increased & plans are no longer what they used to be. Employer used to provide higher contribution for cost of coverage
