Good morning! I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years. Anyone know who might be looking for a network coordinator?

I don’t know what to make of this. I’ve been out of work and interviewing for 3.5 weeks now. I feel like they go really well, then I get, we will call you and let you know we have a couple other candidates. Then poof nothing. SMH…I am very skilled and would be a great benefit for someone. Has anyone else run into this problem? Please any advice would help. Thanks so much.
Good benefits and insurance. 403B instead 401K.. Refund for taking classes but requires a year of commitment, Work life balance needs improvement but thankful for the amount of PTO earned per year.
Contribution to retirement account and PTO 10 days
Benefits is not good. Benefits must be better.
the worst is the cigna insurance--came from Northwestern and while almost everything is better about the job at Lurie, I do miss having Blue Cross Blue Shield! Much better health insurance, the coverage at Cigna is v mediocre
Several health plans to choose from with a wide range of cost. There is only one 'bank' of PTO hours to use for vacation, sick days, bereavement, COVID19, etc.
They match the 401b contributions which is very generous.
